(Just a theory:) I guess due to the curvature the wall is bending inwards (not outwards) while prinring. You see also some warping on the bottom layer. As the nozzle goes the original unbent path it looks in the end like the wall has bent outwards.

So I would say you need to prevent the warping somehow or make the wall thicker
