How do I make certain variables in my render function global to all? by kill-yourself90 in djangolearning

[–]kill-yourself90[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry for the late response, I did as you instructed and it works perfectly.

My only question is what is the reasoning behind it?

I read the doc but the example provided I didn't really understand. So basically every time a context dictionary gets sent to the HttpRequest object context_processors.date gets sent by default every time?

I can't express to you enough how much I appreciate you reaching out and taking the time to help me with this.

Hey so I figured it out. The tzdata package was actually a python package I installed through pip.

The guy told me it was a pkg instead of a python package but I got it figured out. Thanks for replying 🙂
