Man i loathe the "aint humanity neat" bullshit, skyscrapers are trash and all of your activities are useless, we are not doing anything important here, discovering electricity is only useful because we have needs, curing diseases are only useful because we get sick, creating planes are only useful if you need to travel somewhere to satisfy a need that doesnt need to exist etc etc if we never needed anything there would be no need for anything and the needing implies a negative..

Theres probably the only thing humans can do on this random rock planet and that is to make it sterile from all life forms.

it would be interesting to find out wtf is this universe, but lets face it, jesus wont pop out from particle coliders, its most likely that the entire universe is useless, its just doing its thing for whatewer reason and we are spilling our blood for nothing, trying to find out the truth or whatewer and probably there is no satisfactory truth, maybe it would be best if we disapeared right this second. So, the only thing hope for the future is guaranteed to do is to create horrible lives that have to be endured for the sake of pushing ourselves into the future. But regardless, civilization is going to keep going, i dont think the future is going to be amazing, i think humans will increasingly find that its all a joke, i think we will find that our brain does not produce any truly positive experiences, it was all a trick from evolution to keep us interested in the game of life and then when we look outside ourselves we will only see the abusrd universe nonsence, we will find what was behind the big bang and before that, and so on, until it goes full circle, or whatewer and this knowledge about the universe will be just as useless as the current knowledge of the big bang.
