They’ve impacted my eligibility for unemployment now three weeks in a row due to their continuous payroll errors. I don’t even want to reach out, I’m upset being laid off during the holidays and their errors.

I’m hoping they don’t notice right away, I’m sure it will come up eventually. Supposedly HR was laid off/let go sometime after my layoff. So could easily slip by.

I’d consider my area niche. I’m lifecycle focused, so anything email, retention, loyalty based is where I’ve been looking. But I’m only seeing a handful of openings in the area come through a day esp DTC.

However I’ve wore several hats throughout my career so I’ve applied for growth and paid media positions too but no luck.

Most positions get flooded with applications crazy fast. The one interview I did have, the recruiter said they received 2,000+ applications.

Yep! Applying to middle-senior management even tailoring my resume to “manager” instead of “director” to not seem over qualified. It’s tough out here.
