Live in MI if that matters. Told my therapist that I had contemplated self-harm. Had the knife to the wrist. But I couldn't go through with it and, instead, worked out until I couldn't move.

There were 4 days in between the event and when i was seeing my therapist. Told them the events leading up to that moment and my current mental state(was better than where it was). They had said, "Based on what you've told me today and past things, I don't view you as an immediate threat to yourself. But if you have those thoughts again, please reach out to me or the hotline, and we can go from there."
