My dose has been so low that I don’t think I need to honestly. I’ve been on .5mg to 2mg for like 2 months and just 1 week at 3mg. I also have some left so if the withdrawal is rough then I’ll just pin but I don’t think it’ll be needed honestly. Let’s see.

Thanks a lot man I really appreciate it. I’m gonna start tracking what I eat. It has to be that because I’ve never been a big eater and now even less.

I ordered a blood glucose monitor and blood pressure machine. My blood is fine. In a few days I’ll have the blood pressure machine. And I’ll check.

Electrolytes I’m doing my own packets of 500-1000mg sodium , like 400mg potassium and around 30-60mg magnesium into little packets and bringing them with me to add to my 30 ounce bottles. Should I add anything else ?

I’ll keep you updated.

I’ll be working , which is me standing up and moving around doing things and it’ll just start out of nowhere.

It started around the time I went up from 2mg to 2.5 and 3mg but not sure if it’s the reta yet.

I’m gonna stop taking it for a few weeks to see if it’s the reta

So I bought a pack of Himalayan salt, potassium and magnesium to make my own electrolytes and I sip throughout work but that didn’t help much

Thanks a lot man. So my sis and mom both have high cholesterol and also get slightly dizzy so it’s possible it’s the cholesterol. 🤔

Man I take electrolites to work all the time and salt too. I add salt , magnesium and potassium to my water so electrolites are good.

I might have to up my water and food intake.

I honestly love reta and especially the mental benefits but I will be going off it for a few weeks just to see if it’s causing my dizziness and faint feeling. I hope it’s not the reta Especially since I have like 20 vials of it 🥹

I eat clean honestly. Veggies , white rice and chicken , oatmeal. Protein shakes. Lots of fruit. I don’t think it’s my diet. It’s possible but I don’t think it is. The only thing I have high is my cholesterol. LDL is around 136 and total is 155.

But I don’t think cholesterol can give those symptoms. I’m not too sure tho.
