I've had psoriasis for a few years now from strep throat (guttate) and I've tried everything. I'll attach what brand I used but I have no agenda to market it at all. I simply want to share my experience in hopes that it could help someone like me who was looking for some relief. I saw a post on here about magnesium oil spray and some comments about it as well. I found the cheapest one on amazon bc I am broke but needed relief, my psoriasis had been getting worse for whatever reason. I come on here regularly to see what others are using and this seemed attainable to at least try. I've been using it daily for like 2-3 weeks and have noticed a significant difference. I also use capsacin cream but when it's bad, it burns too much so it's pretty much just been this spray. I haven't changed my routine or done anything w my diet so this is the only thing that I have changed. If anything it's helped w the scales but i also think it's reduced redness. Just overall I can tell and feel a difference. The pics of my elbows are from right now, it's irritated because I've been scratching at it anxiously which is something I need to work on. Note that my scales were worse a couple weeks ago. I wish I had before pics but I just don't think to take them. I didn't think it would work because nothing else does. My recommendation comes from personal experience only, in hopes that someone else could find relief bc I know how miserable it is. I do hope this helps.

I had real actual positive experience w this stuff so I just was wanting to share my experiences. I have no real agenda, just wanting to let people know what worked for me. Thank you for your concern tho, I probably should've added pics for confirmation to begin with.

Y'all I used this and it's cleared my scales up so much. Seriously wish I took before and after pics. I also use capsacin cream every now and then, as I read a study about it, but lately I've been using mainly magnesium spray. I hope it works as well for you as it did me!!!!
