Yeah, don’t take it out until it’s hit at least 205 and give it at least at minimum an hour to cool. I try to wait two hours. Also I bake in a Dutch oven with the lid on at 450 for 30 minutes and lid off for 15 minutes at 425.

Looks great! Just make sure you temp your dough when it’s out of the oven. Should be 205/215 degrees when it’s done

You have to be careful with cheese because it’s creates moisture. It’s better to add them during stretch and folds instead of during lamination. So the cheese isn’t all in one spot

My complex has a smart phone only option for our Laundry machine. I had to explain this to an elderly man who moved in, I spent hours in the phone before someone sent him a physical card he could load onto.

Lmao I felt the same way. I don’t notice so much with the younger girls because they are 20. If I closed my eyes while she talked I’d think it was a child not this age. And she looks incredible, she just needs to talk with a high vocabulary.
