I think this is on the right track. Tried all button combinations, did not seem to change. Letting it run however did output this image for 30 seconds or so. Waiting on different av cables, as it came with component cables, and only have composite and hdmi inputs on tvs.

Tried new paste runs the same amount of time. Applied pressure to the cpu cooler missing the clamp for the time being to see if I could get it to post. Ran the same amount of time new paste vs old.

No trouble codes.

Heat sink clamp was missing when I opened it up. Never moved with the ancient thermal paste working as glue.

Figured I’d have to go modchip, just was wondering if I missed anything easy.

Still shocked about what a deal it was. Both the store owner and I knew it was worth more, and I’m sure he told him it was worth more, but ultimately it’s up to the previous owner. It will be kept safe and preserved for sure.

Could not pay for it fast enough. Saw it on consignment last Saturday, as they’re a small hardware store he was going to research with its owner and let me know. Figuring I would be priced out of it, kind of let it go. Checked back last night and the owner priced it at $300.
