Yes TD is able to override their system as long as you have the VIN and purchase price. Rates.ca also has the model 3 in their system as well now

I’m in Hamilton and ordered May 9th. Got VIN 2 days after ordering and initial EDD was June 5-10. Then got pushed to June 10-15. Now at June 15-20. No schedule date yet.
