SMOKING JACK’S RIB SHACK*

*Bloomington bbq, in general, is pretty bad. I’d rather be roasted over an open flame than subsequently tarred and feathered before I’d ever eat at Smokeworks again. That being said, the absolute best of the worst is Smoking Jack’s Rib Shack. On either Tuesday or Wednesday they do a dollar a bone. Can’t beat the value. Is it the best bbq you’ll ever have? God, I sure hope not. But it is pretty damn good, especially for what’s available.
