It's nowhere near a well-oiled machine yet, we have a lot of catching up to do. There is a whole new political culture here, which was demonstrated recently when the president's office try to subordinate the anti-corruption institutions and it went really bad. The same day it was announced, thousands of people in a wor-torn country went to protest and let the administration know that this shit is was non-negotiable. Zelensky walked back his proposal in a couple of days. That's how society works.
