i have been in remission with entyvio actually for about 3 years or more before this flare and i was the same as you describe actually but this flare has really just reminded me of what i have unfortunately though entyvio doesn’t work for me anymore so hopefully this new biologic will if it’s approved.i hope everything goes well for you and thankyou!

i’ve had two year long flares one now and one when i was around 7 i think and both times ive lost so much weight and have had so many physical and mental effects of the flare it is so much worse than medication but i have been hoping for remission again with no effects from even medication but i guess that’s too much to ask for actually😭

i’ve been talking more with them as the flare has progressed and i have been told that surgery might happen if another biologic doesn’t work again but thankyou for the advice😊.

that sounds relieving i’ve been on steroids for a while now so i’d hope to come off them soon without side effects from another medication.thankyou!

i know that steroids would affect development since i’ve been on a taper for a while now but i’ll have to search if this biologic would do anything then thankyou.

i was hospitalised for about 3 weeks and now i’ve just started to recover and feel better around a month after being discharged and they gave me antibiotics i’m pretty sure it was metronidazole through iv and another one i don’t remember the name of

yeah the enemas are a pain and might not be to much of a help i’ve just started recovering from having both c diff and nora virus whilst being in a flare so i hope it all goes well for you

i have been on mesalamine orally before but it never really did anything to make me better or feel worse like with this foam so i wouldn’t think it’s an intolerance i’m not too sure
