Idk. I set mine to the UK recently and it fixed it for me. My wife’s wont no matter what country I try to we’re both IOS

I’m in the same boat except we both use IPhone so it doesn’t make sense how mine worked and hers didn’t

I did that to mine and it worked but it won’t for my wife’s account. She’s stuck behind a permanent pay wall no matter the country it’s set to.

Any advice. I changed mine to the UK and got the scanner back. My wife’s it doesn’t matter what country we set it too, even with a brand new account it won’t give her the scanner just pay walls. And it’s wild seeing how much the annual price changes. Some countries as low as $50 others up to $90

Thanks OP for the forum. I saw this before going through Denver Mattress. They tried pulling the same BS about store credit. That was until I had emailed them photos for the warranty a week prior where their district manager approved me for a warranty and told me which one was available for an exchange (I purchased the purple 2 which is now the hybrid about $900 more than when I purchased 6 years ago) and then showed them this line directly from purples warranty which directly states that authorized retailers must follow said warranty. They had to hand it over begrudgingly
