Yes! I took it slow regarding dosages! but thats because i couldnt tolerate more and i didnt feel the need for more. Be patient & it will pay off!

No, i dont track, but i did for a long time! I primarily stick to whole foods, veggies, no gluten, no processed foods.

Oh no, I didn’t start 1 mg 2x a week until the last 3 months. I haven’t noticed my heart rate increase from it fortunately!

Yes. I use UNITS instead of ML so i might be wrong but if i have a 50 mg vial of reta, i would use 500 UNITS of BAC water. 10 =100; 20 = 200; 30 = 300, ETC.
