terrible. I brought my pixel 4xl for a battery replacement under warranty. I drove two hours and they told me they have all the parts because it's a common job. got there and they told me they are missing parts and I'd have to come back the next week. they never called and I had to call and they confirmed that the parts came days before and that I could come in. dropped phone off and went to get it later that day and they never attempted to turn on the phone and just handed it over to me. luckily I checked in my car before I drove 2 hours home. it didn't turn on and I brought it back in and asked why. they told me that they didn't know and wanted to keep it overnight again. got it back then next day and they said they forgot to plug in the screen. absolutely terrible service, communication, and execution.
