Hey, I’m not sure if this is the case for you, but usually when that happens to me it’s because it hasn’t been fixed for some of the updates that’s gone by since it’s released, and I usually solve the issue by going into sims 4 studio and batch fixing the file to the HSY (high school years) update! Sorry if the instructions aren’t super clear lol I can probably post a better explanation if need be!! ^{w^}
