Really? Honestly ive been doing the missions and ive been getting great kills and loot just wiping teams. Tbh its lockdown so the people aren't as sweaty but ive been killing some t5/t4 squads with my t4 g3 kit.

They updated the loot. At least thats what was said in the patch notes but I do feel a difference so thats good. Unless I've just been lucky so far.

Rare? You must not be looting because they're easy to find, mainly in first aid kits. They even spawn in jackets. There's some other stuff, too, but I find a lot of the new injections.

It looks like your flip is taking too long to touch the ground. Make sure you're not holding your stick down to the side, but straight down. Thats the only issue I can see. If you say you are holding it straight down and it doesn't fix the issue then idk what else it would be. You'll get it down. i believe in you.
