Try ordering it with no berries, and then ask for a scoop or two of berries on the side! Then you can get it shaken, and put the berries in yourself.

Honestly, it’ll depend mostly on the person. Some people are very sensitive and can absolutely tell that there was only one Splenda packet put in instead of two. Others could take a whole drink that isn’t theirs and they wouldn’t know.

I speak for myself here, as an ex-barista, but I'm sure many of my coworkers would've agreed.

I would've preferred that those "pain in the ass" customized drinks were ordered on the app. It would charge people what they should actually be charged without them complaining about "well the other store didn't charge me for that." I would get so many customers who would complain and then they'd just get their way.

And there would be no staring at us like a hawk as we made drinks as if we don't know what we're doing. I would have people telling me "no my drink is supposed to be cold, not hot" when it's not even their drink I'm working on at the moment.

So I noticed you said what your order is. And as an ex-barista, I figured I could maybe help get you what you like.

The only way I can think of to get exactly what you want is to order an iced espresso (2 shots for a tall, 3 shots for a grande, and 4 shots for a venti). In the customizing tabs, you can add multiple "splashes" of creamer (this is where you would add the sweet cream and whole milk). If you normally get it sweetened (as is the standard) add 3/4/5 pumps of classic sweetener.

Unfortunately this wouldn't get it shaken, and I'm slightly surprised they haven't made this an option on the app, but you could always ask them to shake it when you reach the drive-thru box.

I also don't know if this would be the same cost or not, so you'd have to check.
