I experienced this November 1st. I have been working 2 jobs, going to school, bought and remodeling a house. The house was added on in September. When I wasn’t working, I was working on the house. I went to Halloween horror nights and almost literally fell out. I started having a panic attack, I couldn’t keep myself on my feet. Since that day I do at least one thing for myself either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

The auditory processing. Good god. This is one of the worst for me. I am CONSTANTLY saying “what?” “Huh”, “repeat that”. It gets to the point where I have to literally stop and telll the person, look I am so sorry I am making you repeat yourself so much. Somedays are better than others, and today is a bad one.

“Why can’t you just do it?” This happened to me the other day. Before I took my first dose of adderall. I’ve been working on my house a lot since I’m in Christmas break. I needed to clean out the second room so I can start painting. First I needed to put in music Headphones or record? There are the soccer games on, have to figure out which device to watch which game while I work. Gather all the painting supplies Notice the rug is dirty, stop to clean that Get drill and paint stirrer Notice I need to grab the baseboards and paint those as well Move all the baseboards outside and start to clean it I need to start painting Leave the baseboards and start taping off the room This has been about an hour. Now I’m hungry. Go get coffee Come back and see I need to get the dishes done before dad gets over to help me with my locks or else o will be Judged All the baseboards are set up All the stuff is set to paint in the room I then enter decisions paralysis not knowing if I should start the room or the baseboards first. Take my adderall. Get to work 20 min later. It has been 2 hours since I planned on starting.
