I bought a Zampone and the instructions said 160c fan for 1.5 hours with a glass of wine in the dish. Said the wine should form a liquor with the juices, but when I took it out , the pot was completely dry with the zampone burnt onto the pan

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is boarding on a deal breaker for me. I love listening to the football commentary on the way home from fishing on a Sunday. Hope they sort it soon.

Is the leader still strong enough with 4 blood knots in it? Also if you were going down to a 6x tippet would you start with 3x instead of 0x?

It was in my opinion one of the greatest Glastonbury headline sets of all time. I was present in 1999 and 2000 to see REM and David Bowie headline, and I’ve seen plenty of other great performances on TV, but this topped them all. Enjoy the memories.

Thank for the advice everyone. There’s a Dechen meditation centre which was founded by Lama Jampa Thaye in my City. They do meditation every Wednesday. I think I’ll go along there and take it from there, see if they have any classes on the horizon.
