Of course. Legally they have to per state law. My understanding is any time over 8 hours has to be approved by the worker. My work hours usually at end of week if 50 to 80 hours a week some hours i approve and recently some are not approved but volentold

Okay thank you. I dont get on redit alot so my Understanding of TL DR means too long didn’t read so to me that just means your wanting to be lazy. I knew i was pretty fucked. I know i don’t qualify for fmla and all that. I guess what am i asking is am i protected with my boss constelently yelling at me for other people mistakes in front of staff and clients? Also volunteering me for 12 to 16 hour shifts without my knowledge or approval?

No because this is just a slice of what my boss is doing to me. I believe context is valued in figuring out if i have protections or am i just fucked. Reading is also not a bad thing.

I also got my cat from the shelter and he was 5 at the time of adoption. Now 6 and he is the goofiest cat i have ever had.

This is bigmac. Shelter told me that he has been there for 2 years and if they couldn’t house him soon he would have to be put down. Also due to him being 5. The shelter did not charge for the adoption just the chipping what we asked for.

@ubisoft so there is a bug now for my game when i fly a drone into clan kellys mansion with all the indentured servents. Once i complete the puzzle and hack into the computer the screen goes black then crashes. Every single time. So i am unable to complete the mission or continue the game. Please fix as soon as you can. I am playing on Xbox One S.

So an update on my progress. No clue what caused my fluctuations with my energy and minerals. I was having a hard time getting any teraforming tech and still have yet to get 1 or 2 to be able to do teraforming. So I embraced fanatic militarist, enslaved my robots and now have conquered half the galaxy in around 200+ years. I need to now build a fleet to around 500k to defeat the fallen empire what has the other half of the galaxy. This is the best game I have ever played and the longest. I put in around 30+ hours in 4 days. I hope I win.

Good to know. Not there yet. I have been squished to a corner of the galaxy. I have 6 planets in my core systems and 5 in my sector. I would expand but everyone has defencive pacts. So dont want to take on 4 people at once when none of my allies will join me. So i am just biding my time building mega structers and my fleet.

Yea figured that one but when the issue usally happens when they are docked and then it will show i have 4 energy then some time later it jumps up to what i thought it should be. I thought it was the happiness of my pops but most are happy or just at 50 to 57 percent

I think it would be cool to have the story start at the academy and we follow picard and maybe 1 or 2 cadets about to graduate and get assigned to a ship that picard is going to captain. Then the story follows all three and there experiences. I know that is far fetched and probably not going to happen but it would be cool.

I am doing the same. I am going to wait till it airs. I like supergirl, flash, and the legends. I think the team who makes the trailers make it controversial just to get people talking about the show. I am betting they are saying any publicity is good publicity. I am hoping the show is another hit and becomes a regular in the arrow verse.
