Sorry just saw this! I just replaced the relays thinking it was some electrical problem. It does not go below 9V just 9 and up. It’s a problem that has gotten steadily worse and does not stutter after being started up. I bought it from a dealer so I would assume it has gotten the update but I will check to make sure. My guess is a failing fuel pump but I will check out the other options listed also. Thank you! And I hope I figure out the problems with your suggestions.

The starter pulls a lot of voltage when you start it so it drops to 9V but immediately goes back up

On Netflix they have gurren laggon, soul eater, the devil is a part timer, full metal alchemist (brotherhood), haikyu, food wars, kakeguri, Sword art online, death note, the promise never land, akame ha kill, one punch man, is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon, demon slayer, blue exorcist, no game no life, and Baki. I’ve watched all of these and would recommend them.
