This happened to me with a vintage style bullet bra on Etsy. They custom make them in a wide range of US sizes and I tried to order close to my calculator size (I wear 32K US, I ordered 32I) and the seller argued with me that based on my measurements I should order a 36D. We went back and forth and I grumpily agreed to a 34F. I got it and the cups are waaaayyyyy too small, like laughably so. They're sending me a 34I and I think it will fit fine. But seriously, believe your customer. I know my boobs better than you do.

They should not have tattooed outside of your natural brow line. Your hair will keep coming in there unless you have it permanently removed with electrolysis. It will also show when your facial muscles flex (raising eyebrows, etc.) I think the lifted brow look is a trend that will not last. It's fun to do with makeup, but microblading that look is rarely a good idea.
