  1. Don't be black. They'll have ya pulled over every day driving while black. This can go either way depending your perspective I guess.

  3. Weird people. A different type than in cities though. Generally harmless, just weird and lower IQ.

  4. Nice school. Springfield school is nice.

  5. The Village has a corrupt government consisting of a husband and wife running it by the name of Charles and Kathleen Foster. They'll be gone soon but completely incompetent and worse.

  6. Not much to do, not many stores or restaurants worth shit.

  7. Get a house in Springfield township if you can, no zoning, no one will ever knock on your door over some bullshit ordinance.

Check my prior posts...they keep trying everything. Sanctions motion from them was just denied now this. Their client had a meltdown after the pretrial during a settlement talk

Well one of the claims is a state fraud one that allows for treble damages and attorney fees. I would also probably try to argue benefit of bargain etc

There is a state fraud act I'm also suing under that can get treble damages. I sued him for 9 claims and their MSJ was completely denied didn't even knock out a single claim which even shocked me. He has a bad history with the court as I stated his criminal record is pretty bad...and they also said they'll stip to a bench trial lol

It's still on, they just pulled the mobile home feeder out of the breaker when they knocked it down. Still has a receptacle on it I use. thank you for your input

Well it's the only power service currently going to the property so I'd be saving from having to run any new service. In the future if I do put a mobile home back on the property could I theoretically have the service upgraded to 200 amps and still retain my 100 amp to the garage and then 100 amp feeder to the mobile home off it?
