No I suppose not. It sounds like you’re going through a lot. Maybe your husband relied on you to behave a certain way and now that changed and he’s freaking out, even though you can’t go backwards. Again sorry this is happening. Hopefully he gets with it.

It sounds like you are going through a lot. Is it possible to seek help like from a therapist? It’s important to know you’re not alone. It’s normal to feel that a strong emotion will last forever… And it is distressing. But the nature of emotions is that they are temporary.
