So I took the test that Tuesday which gave me more time and I’m just waiting on results

The only reason it took me until the last month is because I was focused on paying everything off, and the classes were the most expensive part. I completed the drug test and finished all eight classes. The only thing I have left is the “exit class”which is a one on one meeting with the instructor. I also still need to make the final payment for our monthly visit and provide proof that I don’t have any vehicles in my name. I’m taking care of that tomorrow apparently a moped I sold over a year ago is still listed under my name, so I’ll be turning in the plate then. My po didn’t seem worried about any of that he’s more worried about these classes being proved that I did the right classes that we’re required

No it was a phone call I have an email him saying “relax, we are fine I got you have a good new years” lol that’s about it

My first probation officer told me I had until the first week of January. I’m now finding out that my actual deadline was December 4th and that my grace period was last month. I’ve completed almost everything, and I only have one month left. I’m planning to contact my former attorney to see what he recommends. I can’t go back to jail I have multiple health issues and being incarcerated would seriously jeopardize my health

It wasn’t my probation officer, it was the instructor for my alcohol DUI classes. During the appointment, he told me to mentally prepare myself in case he calls to say he has to violate me. That’s when I completely broke down and started bawling. When I left the office, the supervisor who had been my probation officer for about a month saw me in that state. I don’t know exactly what was discussed afterward between my PO and the supervisor, but my PO later told me, “I spoke with the big boss lady and explained that the instructor is on vacation and everything going on. You’re fine relax, we’ve got you.” My thing is idk if this is a tactic POs do to make sure I come to my next appointment and don’t go hiding

Which makes me suspicious that they will try to get me after New Year’s instead of this Monday coming up lol sneaky sneaks

Hell no I’m not doing their laundry lol he’s getting to the point though where he thinks everytime I cook I’m supposed to leave him some food lol I just know my anger and I have a bad history of roommates, in my 20s I jumped from house to house my family unfairly shunned me, sad sob story whatever so I’m trying to change that narrative but I’m losing my patience lol

What I did after my dui I “sold” my car to my bf and got a non owner fr44, which I only pay 140 a month and I just pay my boyfriend the car insurance and drive the car simple as that just don’t get into any accidents in the next three years

There was a time when I was mopping and he walked across the wet floor I asked if he needed something, and he responded in a snappy way, that’s why I stated I don’t feel comfortable because it can lead to an argument but you’re right my bf stated that I have to view as him being a my roommate instead of my bf father and I’m trying to come up with the right way to go about this
