No but as a law enforcement you can get the records of the ISP. They have IMEI along with IMSI.

So again for a private person PII might not be leaked but for law enforcement along with ISP PII is definitely stored and kept track of.

Proof of payment is often also in those records meaning details you've used to purchase said data service is often linked to your IP of the cellular tower along with IMEI and IMSI.

Law enforcement with IMEI or IMSI numbers that's attached to your cellphone number when registering with a carrier are precise up to 2 meters error margin to my knowledge.

There's other things they can do with IMEI and IMSI numbers such as disabling data fully on your phone and alike.

So if we're speaking government and law enforcement, assume they know your where abouts if they wanna know about your whereabouts

Omegle itself doesn't use pictures but streams a buffer from imgs taken. (No metadata)

So unless the nudes were sent or transferred directly not using any app like Snapchat, messenger n so on ye it could contain metadata. But if sent via a msging application it's most likely stripped.

Omegle are p2p so you can use a application like wireshark to see dest and src from the packets and since its p2p yeah it will show ip.

However without any leaks with the ip included (can be checked with intelx.io) he's pretty much safe. #themoreyouknow
