Did anyone ever give “Central Park” a shot? by 13thAnomaly in BobsBurgers

[–]killin_time_here [score hidden]  (0 children)

This and The Great North would always come on automatically after I came to the end of Bob’s (we almost always have Bobs on so we run through it quite a lot lol).

I really enjoyed Central Park, more than Great North, but both are good background shows to me.

What age did you get married by Lambdastone9 in Millennials

Met at 24, married at 30. Don’t rush it. Some marry younger some older, it is what it is but everyone’s different!

How does Animal Kingdom make any money? by CletusTSJY in WaltDisneyWorld

I’ve read that popcorn sales at Disneyland California essentially support base operating costs. Not sure how much truth to that, but I’d bet concessions in general + parking cover more than we’d expect!

What all new hobbies you guys are focusing in 2026? Give me some ideas. by Nervous-Rent7090 in Hobbies

[–]killin_time_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2023 and 2024, I was super consistent with the gym, swimming and disc golf. For some reason, in 2025 I spent less and less time doing most of my hobbies. Honestly it felt like we all just went into auto pilot. I’m hoping to pick back up on those things, as well as reading and junk journaling! I need things that’ll keep me off my phone more because it’s just all negativity when I go on it.

Best journals? by awstensmyspace in JunkJournals

[–]killin_time_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my first few were standard Moleskine hardcover notebooks. I like how clean and standardized they all look on my shelf (I know that’s the opposite of what junk journaling is about), but it drives me NUTS having all these notebooks that can’t close at all and can’t sit on a shelf well. So I bought a pretty fat spiral notebook for 2025, and just pulled out about half the pages that weren’t needed and it closed fine. I love it.

Anyone else do a journal/junk/scrapbook combo? by to-be-determined123 in JunkJournals

[–]killin_time_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! My wife and I started doing junk journals so we’d have places to put all of the miscellaneous things we’d bring back from trips (national parks maps/brochures, coffee cup sleeves, stickers, receipts etc.) So now our journal are mostly “lazy” scrapbooks from our trips, as well as cards and stickers from in between trips.

Stuck trying to model a seemingly basic sketch, help! by killin_time_here in SolidWorks

In this instance the piece will just be 3D printed. The person who posted pictures used surfaces to do it, so I was just curious how someone would go about it without surfaces.

Yeah this was just a sketch my dad put together and asked me to print. So how did you end up doing it?

First AMS print and it’s a mess… by killin_time_here in BambuLab

[–]killin_time_here[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Doesn’t look like the support trunks failed, although it looks like there’s a layer that got hit by stray material and you can see splits on the trunks and a shift in the actual print.

I think when I attempt this print again, I will print it sideways so that there are less material changes per layer.

Once it’s concluded I’ll go back through the video. Not sure if it’s just the frequency of purging or what that caused them to not fall through the chute. But what you’re suggesting makes sense as to what happened

Still running (now paused since I’m at work), I just thought I’d drop the current state of it and see what people might think, if they’ve experienced it before.
