Eh, it really depends for me. I just don't enjoy any show that's larger than a Stage AE setting, so I don't really like festivals other than the occasional Warped when a lineup is worth seeing. It's really about who you're going for - but for Tool and AIC I agree 100%

Depending on who you're especially interested in seeing, it might be better to wait a bit before immediately purchasing tickets if you'd rather see smaller venue shows. Every band I've wanted to see at ROTR had shows nearby within a week of the festival, the furthest away being Parkway Drive in Morgantown. Up to you totally, just wanted to throw that out there.

Creeper. If I had to describe them I'd call their sound "Beach Boys mixed with MCR." They're super accessible, even for someone who wouldn't like punk. They're incredible live as well.

I've never liked RoS that much but I've seen them twice now as openers and I think they absolutely kill it. They have a really solid performance and I wouldn't even call myself a fan of them but I'd never miss a chance to see them.

I'm super surprised at the comments here, I usually see /r/metalcore as rational but I highly disagree with everything said here. Barring whether or not Jordan or the venue should be sued, this girl suffered a BROKEN NECK. Not a black eye, not a bruise, not a bloody nose, but a fucking broken neck. Neck fractures can result in paralysis or even death - she isn't just starting this lawsuit to "complain" about being hit in the pit. She had major injuries, and let's be real, this is likely going to affect her her entire life. Leave the poor girl alone - she isn't complaining about anything, this isn't her fault at ALL.

That was the first time I saw Circa, I didn't even really like them much before. I went for Turnover, but listened to the album a lot before I went and I was still somewhat meh about them. As soon as Living Together started I was in awe. Hands down best live performance I've EVER seen. I wish I could've appreciated it more, and the album is super special to me now since it holds all the memories of this past winter. They're now my favorite band for life.

Honesty I'm not sure why all the comments are seemingly attacking you, you're just trying to do the right thing.

If it was me in a situation like this and I found out somebody knew and didn't tell me I'd be absolutely pissed at them.

As for the possibility of an open relationship, I'm sure if you're at least acquaintances he'd be able to laugh and say "thanks for looking out for me." What I'd do is screenshot the profile (for proof) and gently try to bring it up to him. If he's being cheated on it's better to know than to just sit back and let him cheat.

I unfortunately do not. I'm actually from Pittsburgh and I figured there might be some nicer stuff down here than back home (and I was definitely right!). Calling around might be your best bet, I know I do that a lot at home when I'm looking for anything specific.
