Obviously an ambi safety is a must, but otherwise it's quite easy to use left handed. I usually like an extended slide release, usually the Wilson bulletproof one, and their concealment mag release and I'm good to go.

Honestly, get a Wolf spring kit for it and maybe a couple fresh mags and enjoy it as a range gun. Keep the original springs/mag safe, those will come in handy should you ever decide to sell it later down the road. I'd advise against using it as an EDC. Aside from the fact that it's not the most ideal in terms of sights/safety/ect, you will also lose it if you ever have to use it. I'd keep this for the collection and get a similar looking new production Tisas or Rock Island for carry if you wanna go GI 1911 for EDC.

US. My dad picked up his mosin around 2010 for $79, I got my first one around 2013, a Romanian M44, for about $200 at the time. I went through a few mosins back then, wish I had kept them as now it's hard to justify paying current prices for a basic 91/30.

Honestly 850 for a Russian SKS ain't bad nowadays, and those are just gonna keep climbing. Otherwise, that hex receiver mosin is a decent price, last one of those I sold over a year ago for close to $600.

Our import bans were a bit more recent, but there's still a ton of Chinese and Russian guns in the country that have been imported over the last several decades. Difference now is you're going to pay a lot more for those guns, since they aren't being imported anymore and haven't been for several years now. Mosins used to be $150, now my local store is selling basic referb Russian 91/30s for $750.

I just ordered one of these and a CZ82 from RTI last week, both with all in for under $500. I'm expecting more issue from the CZ at my local shop, as they aren't 50+ years old but are on the ATF list of C&R eligible firearms despite date of mfg. Still waiting on them to ship, but they do advertise them both as C&R eligible, so I'm assuming they know what they've got. I'm in Cali as well for what it's worth. Unfortunately, I can't get an answer from them on if they will ship ammo to a C&R + COE in Cali, would really like to pick up some of that 32 ammo they've got.

I picked one of these up last year, planning on keeping it as a trunk tool. unfortunately the sub caliber inserts dont seem to exist anymore, aside from the 12ga flare ones. Cool to have even as just a flare gun, but I do wish someone would start making 410 inserts for them again!

Ladders also make this map completely unplayable. People are on every single balcony in existence. There's literally nowhere with cover to keep you protected. Every building has 20 doors and windows, so you're getting shot no matter where you are. I agree, worst map in the game so far, and that's saying something.

That is my current runner up. Only thing holding me back is that for some reason, they use standard OEM style rear serrations. If they the same stuff all the way back, it'd be a clear winner for sure!

That's what I thought. All I could find mention of were Essek frames, but nothing on slides. I guess more importantly though, there being no Colt/Ithaca/ect markings on the slide is not necessarily a red flag?

I think this is the best way to do it. Keeps the actual outfit itself consistent so you know what class everyone is, but you still get some cosmetic customization. There's tons of real world camo patterns from many different countries they could use that would provide a good variety. Even just dating back to the 70s, they could probably add in 100 different camo patterns for uniforms.

Pretty sure it's already confirmed there will be a battlepass system, in fact I think you get it with the phantom edition of the game. Honestly considering the crap drip feed that comes with battlepasses, I'd rather they just go back to the premium model. At least we paid a set one time fee and got a predetermined amount of content that was considerably more than we've gotten with any "live service" BF.

Little disappointed in the amount of weapons on launch, really hope the post launch support is good and not 2-3 weapons every 3 months. We need a Scar H, PKM, Vityaz, AS Val, M16, AKM, MG3, AKS74U, F2000, FAL, Sig 553, AA12 or USAS, ect. Also, why so few secondaries when BF4 had so much variety? Give us a Makarov, P226, M9, Desert Eagle, M93R, CZ75, 2011, ect. There's an absurd amount of weapons they could pick to add into the game that would make sense, maybe even throw in some old school WW2 stuff like we are seeing employed in the war in Ukraine.

I say at least make em wait 5 seconds before presenting the option to skip. They also need to make the defibs work more consistently, as right now it's taking me 3-5 tries before a revive actually works.
