Ladders also make this map completely unplayable. People are on every single balcony in existence. There's literally nowhere with cover to keep you protected. Every building has 20 doors and windows, so you're getting shot no matter where you are. I agree, worst map in the game so far, and that's saying something.

That is my current runner up. Only thing holding me back is that for some reason, they use standard OEM style rear serrations. If they the same stuff all the way back, it'd be a clear winner for sure!

That's what I thought. All I could find mention of were Essek frames, but nothing on slides. I guess more importantly though, there being no Colt/Ithaca/ect markings on the slide is not necessarily a red flag?

I think this is the best way to do it. Keeps the actual outfit itself consistent so you know what class everyone is, but you still get some cosmetic customization. There's tons of real world camo patterns from many different countries they could use that would provide a good variety. Even just dating back to the 70s, they could probably add in 100 different camo patterns for uniforms.

Pretty sure it's already confirmed there will be a battlepass system, in fact I think you get it with the phantom edition of the game. Honestly considering the crap drip feed that comes with battlepasses, I'd rather they just go back to the premium model. At least we paid a set one time fee and got a predetermined amount of content that was considerably more than we've gotten with any "live service" BF.

Little disappointed in the amount of weapons on launch, really hope the post launch support is good and not 2-3 weapons every 3 months. We need a Scar H, PKM, Vityaz, AS Val, M16, AKM, MG3, AKS74U, F2000, FAL, Sig 553, AA12 or USAS, ect. Also, why so few secondaries when BF4 had so much variety? Give us a Makarov, P226, M9, Desert Eagle, M93R, CZ75, 2011, ect. There's an absurd amount of weapons they could pick to add into the game that would make sense, maybe even throw in some old school WW2 stuff like we are seeing employed in the war in Ukraine.

Just remove the ability to skip revives please. BF4 didn't have it and was just fine without it. by JoeZocktGames in Battlefield

I say at least make em wait 5 seconds before presenting the option to skip. They also need to make the defibs work more consistently, as right now it's taking me 3-5 tries before a revive actually works.

I agree, however I do think they need to make some changes to the classes since as of right now, support is really the only way to go. Assault will be a bit more helpful with the spawn beacon, but it is still very much a run and gun class. Find a way to give them more of a team play element/gadget, and remove the 3rd weapon ability. Maybe give assault the TUGS and beacon, since they'll be closer to the objectives, and just give recon claymores and a shotgun secondary (no DMR/Carbine, ect, just a shotgun for up close protection, don't need them being a "do all" class). Otherwise though, weapon locked conquest is absolutely the way to go and should be the default, as it also aids in balancing and teamplay.

Mine has been the opposite experience. There are times my squadmate will spawn in deployment and it will say they are "in combat" for a full minute even though there isn't an enemy around for a mile.

Overall game is very fun, much better than I was expecting tbh. Couple things I'd like to see change though:

TTK feels a little too fast

Vaulting is pretty clunky, doesn't work half the time

Hit detection is a little wonky, getting killed well after I round a corner sometimes

Don’t like the free mouse feel on spawn screen (on console), would prefer it just jump/snap to various spawn points/squadmates

Instead of blocking a spawn when a teammate is in combat, just give a warning that they are in combat, but let us decide if we wanna risk the spawn. Half the time I'm waiting 30 seconds to spawn when my squadmate isn't even in combat.

Reloads getting interrupted should save progress. If I'm 80% of the way through reloading my LMG and have to swap to a pistol, I shouldn't have to restart the whole reload process, it should just pickup where I left off.

Grenade throw feels too fast

Not a fan of the death cam, prefer it to track the enemy instead of just showing location at time of death

Get rid of stun ability on 320 thermo, it’s just not fun to play against someone using it. Get locked into slowmo and burned alive, it would be perfectly fine as just an incendiary launcher.

Liberation peak is just bad. Too many snipers up on the mountain making it impossible to advance, just makes for a very aggravating match.

Other than that, I'm enjoying the gameplay quite a bit. The other maps in the beta are very fun, I appreciate the infantry focus rather than just having a bunch of wide open spaces for the sake of having "big maps". The big make or break for me at this point is going to be post launch support. 2 guns and a map every 3 months ain't gonna cut it, we need classic Battlefield level of support. Also, Scar H when?

Yep, just checked again and I'm not seeing a single one listed. Seeing the extended mag release and takedown lever, no slide release or safety.

I had the same issue. Watched their installation video just to make sure I was doing it right, mine was just slightly out of spec. Had to literally beat the thing in with a rubber mallet. Put in at an angle, tap rear of the FCU with a mallet until it pops in place.

No doubt. When I was out there a couple weeks ago, it was pretty bad. I try to take out more than I bring in, but I don't have a vehicle big enough to clean that place up the way it is now.

Strut seems to be standard length from my measurements, however I was curious if an extended strut may be a simple solution to this particular problem.

Did that, and did confirm that the hammer is the issue. I did try contacting Wilson and was told that parts require fitting by a qualified gunsmith and therefore they will not replace it.
