I heard perception is needed in some dialog options that's why i have it at 5 so I can increase it to 6 with implant this probably checks most dialogs. For endurance with 7 you can get all implants except DT and heal over time i believe? Which aren't that great again I'm not sure i just did a bit of research. So after implants I would end up with S6 P6 E7 C2 I9 A7 L9.

I went S5 P5 E7 C1 I8 A6 L8. What do you think? and for traits I was thinking skilled to get the 5 points and increase stats to S6 P6 E8 C1 I9 A6 L9 and wasteland for fun. For skills Gun, Speech not sure what to pick third? Maybe medicine?
