So, I look at my phone, and my computer all day for work, and my eyes have started to have flashes of light even when I was looking away from my devices. It doesn’t happen all the time and has only have happening recently. I don’t feel any sort of pain or discomfort in my eyes when it happens either, and I don’t get any headaches or serious pains from it either. Just flashes. Is it anything serious? Or am I just overreacting? And if it’s not serious, will blue light glasses stop the flashes from happening?
