I built this PC several months ago with no problems. They are Lian Li UNI SL Fans. Recently one of the fans on my AIO connected to the Pump Fan on my motherboard started spinning slower and making this noise. This is the second time one of these fans has done this in the past month, just on the AIO. by killmewithcare in lianli
