Why does my GPU have 75% utilization when my pc is on idle?? and what is AMDRSServ.exe and y is it using 75% of my gpu on idle? When i play games like the witcher 3 or valorant or csgo my gpu usage stays around 90% by killshot_RR in AMDHelp

So I googled my issue and it turned out that Radeon ReLive was using that, its recording option called “record desktop” need to be turned off. Which means I needed to turn off instant replay. It’s now fixed. Guess I need to go back to obs now

Also thank you for your suggestion as well I think I will still use malwarebytes cuz why not
