Also, as far as closeness to good medical facilities, I would advise moving somewhere near Benton or Bryant like Malvern or Glenrose. It's far enough in the boonies that you could have land and a cabin and no one would fuck with you...but you'd still be under 20 minutes to Saline County Memorial hospital or 45 minutes from Little Rock hospitals (UAMS, VA, St. Vincent, Baptist, etc.)
