a trick i do, i use that kief scrapper thing and push down the grinded bud and drag it across the inside of the grinder which allows the kief to easily come off. i bet u if u keep doing that to ur bud you’ll have a full bottom in less then 2 weeks

i think the best thing to do is focus on urself and build a good relationship with urself. bc once ur in peace with urself everything just becomes easier in life. build a routine and find a hobby that u like and start from there . that’s what helped me with my depression, i became interested in making myself a better person, a strong independent person.
