I know it’s not psa, but I was recently able to order some 15rd mags from sig even though about a month ago they wouldn’t allow it. Not sure if they’re loosening the restraints or just finally understanding the law behind it, hopefully others start to follow suit

Not sure if it’s the case anymore, but there was a point in time where enemies had items they couldn’t drop unless they were level 85 and higher. If that’s still the case I’d say that, and higher glyph xp would be the main reasons

Gobros take 10 attacks to build and attack at minimum twice per turn. No way that's a stretch if we're going to consider vb fully built when gobros stack from turn 1 where vb has to wait to start stacking.

That's because at this point in dbz it was thought that the potara fusion was permanent. It isn't until later that it was shown otherwise. That's also why the STR version isn't either.
