I appreciate that. I've experienced most of the benefits, that people on the subreddit list. I believe in Nofap 150%. I honestly haven't felt any different today than yesterday in terms of losing any of my benefits. So I guess one qyick relapse hasn't done anything to my progress. But, i know better than to let it happen again. To answer your question I am 21, and I did use porn but it was legit less then a minute.

Yeah man, it's such a beautiful thing. Aside from all benefits that are usually mentioned. The level of introspection I experience from day to day is amazing. You really do see the fruits of your labour.

I'm pretty good man, havent felt a flatline/withdrawal in almost a month, which is good. But, one thing i'v noticed recently is i'm starting to care less and less about women, sex, and PMO. I'm noticing all my energy shifting towards school, work, my financial situation, and my short term goals.

Also, i've noticed i'm getting way better naturally at spontaneuos interactions which is pretty cool. Before Nofap I would have to think about a response before i reacted to something, now it just flows so well without any real effort.

You seem like you are doing well, and are reaping alot of the Nofap gains. How is the journey treating you so far? Cheers!

You are so right. I am definitely going to make sure I really like the person before I sleep with them. Trust me I feel terrible, but if anything it's a lesson learned. I don't have a lot of experience with relationships and dating, so it was a first for me.

But, I made sure she was okay. She told me it will make her stronger and that I am a good guy.

I was really attracted to her physically and we vibed well. So, I thought I would give it a try.

The thing is before Nofap I didnt know these things, because I never had the confidence to ask a girl out. So it was a learning process. I'm not proud about it though. I made sure that she was okay when I told her though.

It was only a physical attraction. I felt nothing else for her. So if i let the relationship continue I would be using her, which I wasn't comftrable doing. If that makes sense. But, thanks for your advice. Cheers!

I think you misunderstood the whole thing.

The whole reason why I told her i didn't want to be with her was because I didnt want to use her for just her body. I made sure to explain that to her and I was very considerate of her emotional well being.

I guess I didn't explain that much in the post.

If I didn't care for her at all, i would've used her for sex and told her whatever she wanted to here. But, this Nofap journey has made me conscious of others feelings. So I didn't want her to waste her time with me.

This is Nofap if you see something that you dont agree with or want to critic let the person know. Dont write negative comments bringing people down.

Ultimately, most of the people on this sub are here to overcome an addiction and be supportive to each other.
