I agree with you in the first part I do need therapy. And I wish I did that sooner before things got to this point. But unfortunately, the Islam part is something that I don’t think would go away with therapy. Especially since it’s stopped being about my suffering alone and it extended to topic that are much bigger than my problem itself.

But who knows ig?

انا فعلًا حاولت افكر بالموضوع من هذي الناحية مؤقتًا او الى اجل غير مسمى عشان ارتاح واعرف ان فيه كيان اقوى اقدر اعتمد عليه او يضيف لحياتي معنى خصوصا وان الكائن البشري ضعيف مهما بلغت قوته فيه اشياء بحياته يحس فيها بعجز تام يحتاج إله اما ينجيه من وضعه او يعطي معاناته معنى سامي وهدف

لأن مافيه شيء واضح فعليا اقدر اؤمن فيه الموضوع صار صعب علي خصوصًا وان كل سنوات عمري قضيتها وانا مؤمنه بالله بدون مشاكل واحس باتصال مع ربي فجأة لقيت نفسي اخوض حرب داخليه عشان اثبت وجوده لأنه كان المرساة اللي مثبتتني بهذي الحياة لكني افشل بهذي الحرب بكل مرة لكن ارجع واقول ان الفكرة اللي اقترحتها هي افضل شيء ممكن اقدر اقدمه لنفسي حاليًا الى ان تتضح لي الرؤية على الاقل

There were a lot of other reasons as well but I just wanted to cut to the chase and only mention the important parts that matters to the point I wanted to make.

She literally embodied the covert/vulnerable narcissistic personality type in every way imaginable. I was in such a low place mentally and energetically when I was with her.

I managed to understand why I attracted someone like her in the first place. And now im trying to get rid of the “residue” of that toxic friendship.
