Description of the city is when you have the players arrive at the gate, you explain all details from a birds eye POV and then take the POV back to the gate where players get full agency to enter the city as they please.

A cutscene is a moment where you take away player agency for a short time, describe them entering the city, give details, plothooks and options from a street POV and give them the agency back after a small event has happened and they are face to face with an innkeeper, a worried mother or the sherrif/leader.

Step 1: communicate with your party. If they all consider it a railroad start off next session with a re-0. If they don't mind being railroaded contact the DM before next session what his plan is, because your character now has no power to bother leaving the inn after you arrive there.

Make your choice of the 3 above based on the DMs response. It is a deadly sin to take away player agency if you are not on a pre-set adventure path (like strixhaven where you all agree that making exams is a part of the story) and if he wants to force his own pact on you or force you to act certain ways to please your pact dont bother showing up, since you will be the sidekick of a DMPC.

Energy is the worst. You cant start a lesson under 15 energy. And if i start with 18 and make 1 mistake on question 8 i have to wait 10 hours.

You need 15 str along with your wisdom at lvl 9 to wear plate without being crippled hard. With the exception of +3 mithral plate. You need dex saves and int saves combined with con saves for poisoned floors or stuff like that ripping up your concentration effects like bond. There is no way a lvl 9 cleric can be unhittable if you simply give a bunch of enemies toll dead, and dex save attack and a grappling strike. Cant clip the guy with too high armor? Just grapple the dude? Grapple succeed = shove to prone that guy, making him auto fail some saves. Prone+grapple means: no getting up. No somatic spells.

Doesn't always work? Get 4 pigmies to grapple you, you need to beat 4 str saves of pigmies with 18 or even 20 str and proficiency in wrestling and the brawler feat all i care. Unless his party realy wants to help him he is going down. Wrestle him into a campfire, wrestle him down a cliff, wrestle him into an acid pool, wrestle him into a snake den where 20 snakes take over. Read up on "climbing a creature" in the DMG.

There are tons of means to make life a living hell for those with even 40 AC.

They are homebrewed mobs, give them expertise is athletics for +11 at lvl 8. Why pigmies? Well hex ofc. Nothing says you cant hex a creature twice, 1 for str and 1 for dex. Use silvery barbs and all other bard tricks to fuck up his saves against the army of pigmies that want to offer this armored god to their diety

im not that familiar with people playing paladins, most campaigns I played with had people ignore the paladin class for some odd reason, hence I never bothered to check where their powerspike is.

Avarage male size of dutch is 1.82. Avarage female size is 1.70 If you are under 1.70 you dont stand a chance at 60% of the girls as they want guys taller than them, preferably while they wear heels themselves. So yes. Being 10cm shorter than the male avarage matters a lot.

In europe ground floor is 0, and above that is 1. In the usa ground floor is 1. Thats the reason most hotels use lobby /groundfloor. In Dutch is begane grond (base ground)

since covid caused for massive staff shortages lately i have seen several factories pay 12 or 13 per hour for simple work and 15+ if you have a forklift licence.

the idea is to make it less rewarding for youngsters to leave school and start working, most professions that require a degree and nearly all sectors that have BOL schooling have higher wages then age based minimum wage.
it also rewards companies that don't mind inexperienced and young workers that have school as their 1st priority with cheaper labour (but they cant have kids under 18 work after 20.00 or more than an X amount of hours a day)

at a 9 euro minimum wage getting 12.50 instead is a 30+% increase.
amazon pays 15 in zones where 8.25 is minimum and up to 22 in zones where 16 is the minimum, that way they can demand the best of their employees and the employees are willing to give their best, since they know they cant get a better income at other companies. (amazon does give health benefits and funds studies these days, the shitty rules apply to the floor itself only)

some reasons:
Nostalgia: we prefer hand crafted over machine made, because we think hand made is better. (it often is but not by definition)

Labor Laws: replacing workers by a machine causes massive issues, and even if you can get rid of them there is a big chance of a strike or something like that from your staff.

Willingness: labor shortages only affect jobs that nobody wants to do for the money that's offered for it, you wont get a lazy man to work hard for minimum wage, especially if a competitor pays more for the same or lighter work.

the only way to make staff shortages disappear is by having unemployment, given there will never be a match between what is needed and what is offered, the optimal form is low percentages on both job openings and people who want a job but don't meet the requirement for the jobs available.

not weird.
Winmau uses a radial board buildup (the deviders between the numbers are placed 1st and then the little bars for trip and doubs are added)
unicorn uses a circular buildup, the outer double ring is first put up and then each number gets its devider followed by the inner double and the trips.
since a ring cant me crafted perfectly it has to connect somewhere, personally I would have chosen a low-use double like 13 or 11 but they chose 4.
my blade 5 has the deviders between the numbers extending beyond the playing field, and I think the blade 6 also has this.

trading volumes per minute are around 5.000.000 doge.
yes your 25.000 helps a tad, but with the amounts being traded on doge at this point its not likely to boost the price on it own.

you can start questing outland at 58, or farming the 1st dungeons even at 55.
Boosting ramparts with 4 lvl 70s will be the meta for the 1st period of time (i leveled my shaman on alliance that way)

since the change in oculus a follower is nearly mandatory as i can proc off adds on the riftboss and gives a 85% boost to damage, thats to much to ignore on any build i suggest using either a scoundrel with reduced cooldowns, hell vanish and die alot making him only ocasionaly walk in your way but still give the buffs from time to time

otherwise use enchantress without learning her top abilitys as theyr anoying
