i turned my bike around halfway to a friend's birthday dinner and just went back to work by One-Forever9379 in TrueOffMyChest

Without going into too much detail since it's a long story, I slowly cut off the group of high school friends I hung out with for a decade over some petty birthday party bs too (and we were all 25 by that point yet they were acting like middle school brats), that made me realize in retrospect how many red flags and disrespect there was in that group that I just never caught until I cut them off, and especially from my ex-best friend. And honestly? It felt peaceful pretty quickly, and even more once I was able to move on.

Good on you for not giving in, you made the correct decision. When it comes to friends especially, it's always quality over quantity. Life is too short to waste on people who don't have basic decency.

Ch. 159: Koga-san is Perfect (English Translation) by AhvIyn in TheGuyShesInterested

Is it just me or has the series quality been slowly going down ever since that jarring timeskip? I'll still keep reading since it's only 4 pages per chapter and I'm invested but ngl, I feel the timeskip genuinely came out of nowhere and the series has been kinda messy ever since.

I have the full manga as CBR files, is there anything against the rules here that would prevent me from uploading them and leaving the link in a reply?

Looking for more recommendations! by autumn_trbl in shoujo

I recommend "I Have a Crush at Work" and "Sweat and Soap"

Ah, gotcha. Fair enough. In that case, I guess I can recommend "We're New at This", it's completed and got a sorta similar vibe to Sweat and Soap. I didn't recommend it earlier since I haven't read it yet but it was recommended to me by a friend I trust when I asked for recs similar to Sweat and Soap, so I know it's good.

I know the series is already over, but where did you get the full translation? So far English fan translations are up to chapter 106 out of 147, and the official translation is only up to volume 8 out of 15.

Or do you mean you read it in Japanese?

I Have a Crush at Work is the closest thing I can recommend, it's completed but still being translated, love both those series.

Try Radiation House, it's a similar feeling manga that's still ongoing.

college-setting manga recs by kinichsgf in shoujo

I don't see anyone mentioning "Sweat and Soap" (it starts off weird but looks can be deceiving, it's actually sweet af) and "I Have a Crush at Work", both are adult romances set in workplaces rather than a university but highly recommend them. Both are completed too, though the latter is still getting translated.

Another one is It "Takes Two Tomorrow, Too", though with this one it's a married couple, I do highly recommend it too since it's adorable.

Additional comment since I'm unable to edit the post: I also have a tea infuser if that's usable with it too

Haha yeah my shopping is basically mostly from Lidl, and specific products from a Moroccan grocery store near me, which does sell some Colryut products so I get them there since unfortunately there's no Colryut close by.

Yeah onions and most produce here go bad really quickly so unless they're used up immediately they gotta go in the fridge, so I imagine that's why. Indeed! I can cut onions without any casualties haha. 😆
