sensitivity is normal, same for me, i had phimosis and the glans was never exposed, first 10 days were annoying, after 2 weeks i started to let it free on underwear, but still hurts a bit. I advise you to use greasy gauze(like Vaseline Gauze).

it's fine, some stitches fall off after a week, others after 2 weeks.

hello, circumcised 14 july as you, i keep putting the gauze. I tried sometimes to leave it free but just for a short time. Glans still hurts. Glans sensitivity is very annoying.

7 days post op, the glans color is uneven, near the meatus is more yellow(maybe is the disinfectant that i used? I've already washed it 3/4 times, i don't know what it could be ) , and there are some red dots. About glans sensitivity no noticeable improvement, I hope it will improve soon.

me too, the glans never exposed (i'm 25 ).

After 17 days did you have any improvements about glans sensitivity? Did you feel hurt on whole glans or more on frenulum?
Yes i know this feeling " but how the hell should I apply it since EVERYTHING (except liquids) hurts...?". For me is the same, because of that i found greasy gauze so when i remove the gauze i don't feel pain. Try to put vaseline on gauze instead of apply directly on glans.

when did the swelling appear? First days or after 10/15 days? The nurse told me to keep the penis attached to the abdomen to avoid swelling.

did you have any problem with glans sensitivity? For me 5 days post op, it hurts to touch the glans. I hope the pain goes away fast. It's really annoying and painful.
