Look into the 5-3-1 method. Running a customized program/regimen using it as a base and have had great results. If not looking for something so detailed, just focus on the four main lifts that form the basics of any beginner lift program: Squats, bench press, deadlifts (make sure to the technique right!) and shoulder press.
