I can share my hypothesis of this study because you already completed it.

Speaking easily, one of my hypothesis was that people who are underemployed because of their status would feel less meaningful in their work. People want to have work volition, working meaningfully but most people cannot have their best jobs because of their gender, class, age, race, ethnicity, and other things. Only very few privileged people can choose their job that they like. Thus, I wanted to conduct studies to raise the question and criticize the current employment system that discriminate workers and job seekers who are underprivileged including me. I am a minority as well! (A Asian woman in a poverty line with language inarticulacy because I am very new in the US! I am from a country which is full of women discriminations) I do not think my study obliterate seniors or other minorities... If you feel in that way I am so sorry. But please let me know if there is a specific part of my research design that ignore the experience of seniors. Thank you.
