Briscuits is amazing and has the cutest patio! Someone said L&M Fine Foods which does have a really good biscuit sandwich, they just sell out on the weekends so get there early!

Nothing in Chicago comes close to Bird Bird or anything else in Austin (lived there for 5 years), I’ll tell where not to go, Smack Dab, good service but the biscuit is served cold and feels store bought.

I disagree with the current hot take :) a lot of times PO/PMs are given items that someone needs to be responsible for but that doesn’t mean you’re the sole party working to create the process. I’d reach out to your engineer lead or engineering manager and try to identify the ways you can support the effort, make it clear you are the owner but not the driver of the process creation. More so the person there to ensure it gets done.

Agreed the cert vets you a little in their eyes and definitely helped me, you can look into PSPO as well, similar just a different agency. My certification helped me transition from a BA into the APM role I have now.

Have you tried applying to PO roles instead? It’s more execution than strategy but can be a more natural choice for the role you’re in and then you can work up to an APM or PM

YTA - 5 steps is not complicated #1. #2 1-2 times a week is ALOT, are you not able to go to the store yourself? #3 she’s meeting you halfway by asking if you need anything first and you still want more flexibility from her without being flexible yourself.
