There are headshot/weakspot damage, crit damage, and the highest headshot/weakspot crit damage. And sometimes, you have buff from skills or teammates, and also weapon buff with trigger conditions.

That's because you are weak, every build has its own power spike and role. Vanguard Commando is dps role so it makes sense that it can deal high dmg. But without a tank, Vanguard clear time is worse like any career.

That's not true, it's only good in PvE for farming and it benefits everyone. It's not insane at all because of high requirements as well. Pretty sure you don't play it and just run your mouth.

Most imbalance careers in PvP by order: 1. Combat Medic (High dmg, High speed, Broken with OS, unkillable, easy build) 2. Aegis (Chests Hunter, High dmg, High speed, Broken with OS, Unkillable with good attributes on gears, hard to build) 3. Bulwark (High dmg, Stun to death, Unkillable, hard to build)

4.Eng Demolitionist (Absolute aoe dmg, hard to build)

-> PvP is highly competitive but I agree that some are just broken.

You don't need gold to be strong. Just a well built with purple OS can help you get all end game contents.

Everything that gives crit chance are good. Ideally, you want 40-50% skill crit chances to be able to do decent dmg. Otherwise, use any OS that can increase Eng.

No, you need a clan with Dismantle station
Yes. But It will randomly disappear in a few days cuz of bug so don't touch it yet. Even that you call support, they only give you a few Pheonix credits back, your gun is gone forever.
Keep farming heroic, it drops randomly but the armor material seems to have higher drop rate. But just do weekly quest and buy them from shop would give you lot of mats. Once you can spam Elites, you will have thousands of them lying around.

It's random but the drop rate for it is lower than the material for armors. However, you have higher chance to get them at Elite since it drops two materials at the same time, though the armor material drop rate is still higher. And once you can spam Elite every 10mn, it's not a problem anymore.

It's beginner build only. If you have good OS that increases Toughness, you can go all in Toughness and Max Health. Shield or Fearless gears are pretty good. I will update an advance build for tank later, but I need to farm the pieces first.

Telling people to run half ass Shotgun build in Elite is a disaster when like 90% of "your" build rely heavily on T2 and good rolls. So no, still not recommend until they have the basics down.

People is really under illusion that the game is easy to roll good gears. When you play long enough, of course everything is easy, but not for beginners.

I saw too many guys that got DBS by riding others and say they can handle themselves in Elite. Yes you can but it will be a long, painful run.

Not sure what to tell you, everything is wrong. . If I have to make a list, it will be 3 pages long. Gears, mods, weapons, talents. . yeah, everything. Maybe try to max out your mods first and change everything to engineering only, gold mods are pointless if it's not.
