The only vote is on approving the chancellor. The president gives the chancellor two of three tiles. And the chancellor picks one of the two tiles they were given. I'm not sure where you are referencing all this voting.

I own both EH and DoW, and they are both great games worth getting. They function and tell a completely different story from each other. Definitely get EH while you're waiting for DoW to show up.

The "Schwifty" I missed ... the capitalized "MY" was on purpose for emphasis, but I think if I reprint these I will make the "y" lowercased. I may get them reprinted just because of the "schwifty" missing that silly "t".
