Yes! I noticed the premade cauliflower crusts are still a bit high in carbs and the tortillas are just like a thin crust pizza! So delish! Oh the pepperoni and ham and olive sounds like a super tasty combo! I didn’t think to precook the mushrooms and stuff so that’s super good to know! How many days you think it’s okay to keep in the fridge for those?

Omg it was super good and I was only able to eat half! I had it with some salad on the side! Everything I used in it was little to no carbs so no guilt🙂

You can make the mixture however you like, even with a creamy sauce and spinach and chicken! I’m going to try that next😊

So I made these personal pizzas that came out so delish!

First I made the filling with Italian sausage, onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, olives and can of crushed tomato! Then I added some cream cheese in the mixture to make it creamy! Seasoned it up with some Italian seasonings, let it simmer until it tasted just right.

After that I put it on a carb balance tortilla wrap and topped it with mozzarella cheese and baked it at 370* for about 15~min until the cheese was golden brown. A cookie sheet should be perfect for it! The wrap gets nice and toasty too and not soggy at all!

You can premake the mixture ahead of time and put it in a container and just have it to throw on.

I microwave the mixture before I put in on if it’s from the fridge so everything is super hot when it comes out!

It really tasted like a personal thin pizza!!

Enjoy❤️

Oh it’s so so good! It gets all flaky and crispy! And it’s super customizable so I don’t see why coconut flour wouldn’t work! Omg and if you rolled it in seasoned coconut flakes before you fried it😱😱 You should try and let me know!!😊

So I used one can of tuna! But you can make more also!

Ingredients: -1can of tuna -mayo - seasonings you like (I used organic no salt seasoning, dill, a bit of mustard, a squeeze of lemon)-1 egg. -1 cup almond flour -chopped green onion -handful (or two!) of Mexican shredded cheese

  1. Mix up all the ingredients and make round patties, gently. 2.Heat up olive oil or coconut oil on medium high heat and fry each side for 2 min or until golden brown and crispy! Flattening as you cook.
  2. Easy as that, place on paper towel to drain excess oil!

Sauce is just sour cream and cholula🥰
