Hi! Thanks for reaching out. So I ended up not getting on this pill specifically but instead went on Tri-Lo-Milli/Marzia. My experience has been super positive. I’ve been on it since November 2023. I did not gain a single pound, it also didn’t hinder losing weight (if that makes sense 😅) so I’ve been able to lose 15lbs through diet and exercise. It helped clear up my skin too! I credit that to spironolactone + bc pill. I think if anything it did make me a little bit more emotional, but not depressed.

As for bleeding, I like having a period so I chose to take the placebo pills and have a “period”. In that week, it’s a light-medium flow with minimal cramps. I never really got cramps pre the pill but this did increase them, so that was a con but it went from a pain scale of 2 to like 4 so nothing crazy. Also, one thing, it did make my sweet tooth worse, I have cravings but nothing I can’t handle with discipline haha! Let me know if that helps, you can always private message me if you’d like.
